At Callia Jewellery, we aim to make your shopping experience effortless and delightful. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and policies.

Processing Time

We process orders with care and attention to detail. Processing typically takes 24 hours, during which we ensure your pieces pass all quality checks before being dispatched.

Shipping Times and Costs

We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your orders safely and on time. Every order is shipped with a tracking number, so you can monitor your delivery’s progress. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are:

  • United Kingdom: 3-7 business days | £1.95 for orders under £50 (Free for orders over £50)
  • Europe: 3-9 business days | £4.20 for orders under £50 (Free for orders over £50)
  • United States and Rest of the World: 3-9 business days | £5.20 for orders under £50 (Free for orders over £50)

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs processing or unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, most packages are delivered without customs duties or taxes. However, in rare cases, these charges may apply based on your country’s regulations. While Callia Jewellery strives to minimize the likelihood of such fees, we cannot guarantee exemption. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information if you have concerns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to check your delivery’s progress. Please allow up to 48-72 hours for tracking updates after dispatch.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 5-7 business days before contacting us. In the rare event of a lost shipment, reach out to us, and we’ll assist in locating your package or arranging a replacement/refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. Callia Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays or non-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@calliajewellery.com to update your details before processing begins.

Order Changes or Cancellations

To modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order enters the processing stage, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Missed Deliveries

If a package is not collected on time and returned to us, we are happy to send a replacement. However, the customer is responsible for covering the new shipping fee. Refunds are not available in these cases.
