What currency are the prices displayed on the site? All prices are in GBP, but you have the option to switch to any other currency.

I just placed an order, when will it ship? We strive to dispatch items as promptly as possible. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be shipped.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 1-5 working days within the UK.
  • 3-10 working days within the EU.
  • 5-20 working days within the USA, AU, and Asia.

Please note these are estimated shipping times; delivery may vary.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at info@calliajewellery.com.

I am not satisfied with my order. Can it be returned? What if there is an issue? We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it for a full refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive the product, a full refund of the original purchase amount will be issued. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels. Note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for its arrival and then proceed with the return to receive a refund.

Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order without any penalty! Ensure to cancel it before shipping. If the item has been dispatched, please use our simple return system for a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address. What should I do? If you've entered an incorrect address, promptly reply to your order confirmation email to confirm the error. Double-check the address and notify us via email at info@calliajewellery.com within 24 hours. We can update the address to the correct one during this time frame. No refund will be issued after 24 hours of the incorrect submission.
