Returns Policy

At Callia Jewellery, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, our return policy allows returns within 14 days from the date your items are confirmed as delivered. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

How to Return

Please contact us at sales@calliajewellery.com with your order number, and we will provide you with a return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

In some cases, if a return label is not available, you will need to send the items back at your own cost. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions if needed.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to post.

3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at info@calliajewellery.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@calliajewellery.com, and we will guide you through the process.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a refund for the return.

• If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
